At Vinyls By You, we are committed to getting your records to you in good condition and on a clear timeline.

1. Processing time

Custom vinyl records are made to order. Production usually takes about one week after we have your audio and artwork. Ready-made accessories and turntables typically ship sooner.

2. Shipping methods

Standard and expedited options are shown at checkout.

3. Shipping rates

Rates depend on destination, method, and package weight. You will see the cost before you pay.

4. Estimated delivery

After a custom record is produced, standard shipping within the continental United States typically takes 3–7 business days. Most custom-record customers receive their order in about 15 days from order date, depending on destination and how quickly files are sent. International shipping usually takes 7–21 business days after shipment and may be delayed by customs.

5. Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

6. International shipping

Customs duties and import fees may apply. Vinyls By You is not responsible for those fees or for customs delays.

7. Shipping address

Please check that your address is complete. We are not responsible for delays or misdelivery caused by an incorrect address.

8. Delivery timing

Weather and carrier delays can affect delivery. We cannot guarantee a specific calendar date, but we will help if a shipment is delayed or missing.

9. Shipping insurance

Shipments are insured against loss or damage in transit. If an order is lost or arrives damaged, email info@vinylbyyou.com.
