How to order a custom vinyl record

Vinyls By You presses your songs onto a real record, with your artwork on the label and sleeve. Use this guide to pick a size, then place the matching product order and email your files.

Choose a size

  • 7-inch: about 12 minutes total (6 minutes per side). Short playlists, one special song, or a voice memo.
  • 10-inch: about 30 minutes total (15 minutes per side). A longer mix plus photo artwork. Popular for anniversaries.
  • 12-inch: about 40 minutes total (20 minutes per side). Our largest playlist and the most color options.

What we need from you

  1. Place the order for the size and vinyl color you want.
  2. Email info@vinylbyyou.com with your audio and artwork. Ask for templates if you need them.
  3. We produce the record (usually about one week), then ship. Most customers receive it in about 15 days.
