What to include in your message
- Order number, if you have one
- Audio files or a link (FLAC, WAV, or MP3)
- Cover and label artwork, or a request for our template (300 DPI recommended)
We typically reply within 1–2 business days. Custom records are made to order: production usually takes about one week, and most customers receive their record in about 15 days.
