How to troubleshoot the record player fault?

Slow playback or irregular rotation

Fault problem	Solution
Doesn't spin	1. Check whether the power adapter is connected to the socket 2. The red indicator indicates the playback mode of the record 3. Check whether the belt is placed on the belt pulley 4. AUX IN function is the first priority function, please unplug AUX IN power before using PH/BT function
Spun, but there was no sound	1. Check the stylus and replace it if necessary. It is recommended to replace it after 300 hours 2. Check the stylus position and adjust it
Frame skip	The frame skip is basically the record has a problem, check whether the record is bent, check whether the record has scratches
Strange sound	1. Check whether the product will get resonance from the floor, wall or nearby speakers Reduce vibration or mount the product on a surface that is not affected by vibration 2. Is the product mounted on an unstable surface? Check whether the product is displayed on a flat surface
Noise	Check the stylus and record for dust and clean it with a cleaning tool
The sound is too fast/ too slow	1. Set the speed to the same as that of the record 2. The belt may slip, please place the belt in the correct position
Slow playback or irregular rotation	The belt may be loose, please replace the new belt, check and install the belt correctly
